Wildflowers Guest House is located off of Rt 101 at 13 Muñoz Rivera Street in Boquerón, Cabo Rojo.

Boquerón, Cabo Rojo is located in the western area of Puerto Rico, near Mayagüez. The ride is 1 hour from either Rafael Hernández Airport (BQN) in Aquadilla or Ponce-Mercedita Airport (PSE); or two and a half to three hours from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU).

• Exit Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU), stay in the right lane and take Rt 26 west to San Juan and Isla Verde. Move to the left lane and follow Rt 22 south to San Juan

• Exit right to Rt 22, Hato Rey, Bayamón and Caguas. Go through the Minillas Tunnel. The route splits between Caguas and Bayamón

• Exit the Minillas Tunnel; stay in the middle lane heading to Rt 18 south, Ponce exit, which will be in the left lane. This turns into Rt 52 south

• Follow Rt 52 to its end, then take Rt 2 west toward Mayagüez

• Continue on Rt 2 (approx. 1 hour after the toll) to Rt 100, Cabo Rojo exit (right lane)

• Go south from Rt 100, then right onto Rt 101 to its end
