POLICIES & REFUNDS:

• There is a two-night minimum stay on weekends (Friday-Saturday or Saturday-Sunday).

• A ten (10) day minimum notice is required during our high season (April-August) to receive a full refund. If less notice is given a refund can be issued only if the room is rebooked, otherwise your credit card will be debited for one night's rate.

• A five (5) day minimum notice is required during our low season (September-March) to receive a full refund. If less notice is given a refund can be issued only if the room is rebooked, otherwise your credit card will be debited for one night's rate.
